Cancellation Policy

• Confirmed reservations are held until check out time the day following your expected arrival.
• Reservation cancellations must be made by 12 noon EST on the expected day of arrival and will be acknowledged by our staff member upon receipt of cancellation notice.
• If you do not cancel by the specified time the Guaranteed Reservation will be billed to your account as a no show.
• A Guaranteed Reservation requires the clients valid credit card details/Agency guarantee or Advice of MCO.
• Reservations without guarantee will not be held after 5pm and your room may be on-sold unless prior arrangements have been made for a late check-in.

check-out

• The check-out time is 10:00 am. at times an extension to this may be possible. However unauthorised late check-out will be charged at $15.00 per hour after 10:00 am.
